Delete your account and everything saved to it.

PitchPace, the Android app by Kashif Nazir (package com.kashifnazir.pitchpace).

In the app (straight away)

1. Open PitchPace and go to Me › Settings › Account.
2. Tap Delete account, then Delete account again to confirm.

The account goes at once, with everything saved to it. The runs on your phone stay there; delete them with Settings › Delete everything, or by uninstalling the app.

Without the app

Email contact@kashifnazir.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my PitchPace account. Your account is deleted within 30 days, and you get a reply when it is done. If you signed in with Google, use your Google account's email address.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in: your email address and account ID.
• Every run saved to the account: its figures, name, how-hard answer, and its full log, including any route and heart rate.
• Your saved settings.

What is not

• The runs on your phone, until you delete them there.
• Crash reports already sent. They may carry your account ID, but never your email, and Sentry deletes them after 30 days.
• Usage events, if you switched usage on. They were never linked to your account or email, so they cannot be found from it.
